Its rating by Score magazine as Canada's best public course comes as no news to the golf community, where Glen Abbey is widely known as "the shrine of Canadian golf". Canada's most famous course is open to anyone wishing to challenge Jack Nicklaus' first solo design. Opened in 1976, Glen Abbey is held in high esteem by Tour players for its difficulty - 7.112 yards, Slope 140 from the Black tees. "The Valley", a five-hole stretch from the 11th tee, is renowned as one of the PGA Tour's toughest, adding to the Glen Abbey mystique, yet the course is surprisingly accommodating from the shorter tees. Here's a course that's not to be missed.
| Tees | Yardage | Slope | Rating |
| Black | 7,112 | 140 | 75.5 |
| Gold | 6,594 | 132 | 71.9 |
| Blue | 6,215 | 127 | 70.2 |
| Red | 5,520 | 117 | 71.4 |
